More Details.

1. This 5V addressable RGB 60 Pixel LED Digital Strip is made of external IC chip named GS8206 which is different any addressable 5V RGB led pixel strips like sk6812/ws2812b or ws2813. The protocol is compatible with UCS1903 ones.

2.You can think this 5V individually address GS8206 RGB 60 LED strip is the updated version of sk6813, ws281 that have Redundant data line. 

3. Compared to the brightness, this external 5V addressable RGB led strip have higher brightness than the integrated 5V addressable RGB led strip like SK6812 and WS2812b led pixel tapes.   

  • Why we say this. This external GS8206 IC output is around 17.5mA, the integrated SK6812 LED is only 12mA maximum. 
  • Not only the brightness, but also for the longer lifetime. The external IC led pixels have longer lifetime than the integrated RGB/RGBW pixel led strips. 

4. GS8206 IC have gamma correction that is 12-bit built-in gamma correction from 8-bit makes dimming curves more smooth.  

5. Vivid lighting performance operated by Arduino, Raspberry Pi , Madrix software, Artnet / DMX512 /MADRIX NEBULA.

6. Why 2 data signal? it is for led strip one led is broken , another data still can work ,unless 2 next led Two successive LED is broken then the led strip can not working . This GS8208 addressable 12V can make the led strip one is broken will not affect another led working.

7. The GS8206 IC is with demo inside.  so all GS8206 pixel lights will momentarily flash, and then enter a built-in test mode for a short period of time. When this self-test has finished, the pixels will proceed to respond to their incoming data.
